‘Music below the stars’

Parc Astronòmic del Montsec presents a new edition of the ‘Music under the stars’ series, which this year is in its 14th edition. It is an original and unique event that fuses astronomy and music in one of the darkest skies in Catalonia, in the municipality of Àger. This annual cycle offers a magical experience for music enthusiasts and astronomy admirers.

Under the spectacular Ull del Montsec, a planetarium with a dome 12 meters in diameter, visitors will have the opportunity to appreciate the music of Catalan artists and groups or residents of Catalonia in a truly exceptional environment. Lasting 45 minutes, each show will be followed by sky-watching sessions in the telescope park, allowing attendees to explore the wonders of the universe after enjoying live music.

With the ‘Music below the stars’ series, Montsec Astronomical Park invites you to discover the greatness of the night sky in Catalonia and to enjoy the wonders of the universe to the rhythm of music. This year’s proposal offers a very varied repertoire of performances, with very different styles, to reach all audiences.
