The “Music under the Stars” cycle is one of the highlights of the Montsec Astronomical Park, which is now in its 14th edition this year. It takes place from July to November, and includes a visit to the park and a musical show by Catalan artists. This season, as a novelty, they are expanding from four to five concerts.
Again, during the night visits, the Astronomical continues to bet on the combination of music and astronomy. The shows take place once a month and give way to the performance of Catalan groups and singer-songwriters in an unusual space. A unique opportunity to enjoy music ‘under the stars‘ at a price of €20.00.
With this show, Pep Sala alone transports the audience through the most emblematic songs of his long musical career, fusing songs from Sau, Pep Sala & La Banda del Bar and Pep Sala. But far from being an intimate show, as the concert progresses, it invites the spectators to moments of nostalgia, with the acoustic guitar or the piano, and also catapults them to more energetic and intense moments, either on the piano or with the guitar electric and its vibrant solos. There are no shortage of touches of humor, anecdotes and curiosities that arise between songs, creating an interaction and direct complicity with the artist and the audience.
