RULES OF THE RAFFLE ‘Win a night at a hotel plus an experience at the Parc Astronòmic del Montsec for two people’. THE RAFFLE IS SUBJECT TO ALL THE RULES SET OUT BELOW AND TO SPANISH LAW.

1. Organising body: The company FERROCARRILS DE LA GENERALITAT DE CATALUNYA, with its registered office at Calle Vergós 44, 08017 Barcelona, and CIF Q0801576J, organises a PRIZE DRAW entitled ‘Win a hotel night plus an astronomical experience at the Montsec Astronomical Park for two people’.

2. Duration: The draw will be open for entries from February 6, 2026 until January 9, 2027 at 23:59.

3. Eligibility: The draw is open to all individuals over the age of 18 who are residents of Spain. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of FGC, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, are not eligible to participate. If any of the excluded individuals are selected as a winner, they will forfeit their right to the prize.

4. Prize: The prize consists of a one-night hotel stay in the Montsec area plus an experience at the Parc Astronòmic del Montsec. There will be one winner, who will be selected at random via the Easypromos platform and announced on 26 January 2027 on the Astronòmic website. The prize can be redeemed during 2027.

The draw will be held among all people who complete opinion polls for the Montsec Astronomical Park during the specified period (February 6, 2026 until January 9, 2027).

5. Mechanics of the draw: To participate in the draw, you must follow the instructions provided therein:

– Complete the Parc Astronòmic del Montsec evaluation survey.
– Provide your personal and contact details when completing the survey.

The prize draw will be held among all those who complete the opinion survey within the established period (7 January 2025 until 12 January 2026).

The use of programmed or automatic means will result in automatic elimination. FGC is not responsible for any incomplete, misdirected or lost entries, or any failure or malfunction, whether mechanical, electronic or human in nature.

6. Selection of the winner: The winner will be selected at random using the Easypromos platform and announced on 26 January 2027 on the Astronòmic website.

7. Notification of prize winners: The prize winner will be notified of their status as winner immediately after being identified. FGC will contact them to notify them that they have won the draw and to confirm that they accept the prize. FGC will provide the winners with the prize that is the subject of this draw. Failure to provide the prize will result in its forfeiture.

8. Reservations and limitations: FGC is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that prevents their identification. Winners must accept the prize within a maximum period of 72 hours, after which time FGC reserves the right to choose the next runners-up in the reserve list selected by the system. FGC may declare the prize void at any time. No prize may be substituted or exchanged (including for cash). All taxes associated with receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.

9. Authorisation of winners: By accepting the prize, winners authorise FGC to publish their name, surname and image in any public or promotional activity related to FGC, without being entitled to remuneration or any benefit other than the prize itself. Refusal implies automatic renunciation of the prize. Winners also authorise FGC to send commercial communications by electronic means.

10. Data protection: For the purposes set out in Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data, the data provided by participants will be treated confidentially and compiled in a personal data file, with FGC SA being the owner and controller of this file, at the address indicated above. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending a letter to the email address [email protected].

11. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions and Liability: Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions and FGC’s criteria regarding the resolution of any issue arising from the conduct of this draw. FGC reserves the right to exclude from participation in the draw any participants it deems appropriate who fail to comply with any of the conditions of participation included in these terms and conditions. The exclusion of a participant, whatever the reason, entails the loss of all rights derived from their status as such. Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Terms and Conditions will result in the participant’s disqualification from the prize draw. FGC is exempt from any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the website through which participants enter the draw. FGC shall not be liable for any delays, losses or damage to the prize for reasons beyond its control.

12. Applicable legislation: The terms and conditions of this draw shall be governed by Spanish law. All matters arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be expressly submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.

13. Modification of the terms and conditions of the draw: FGC reserves the right to modify this draw if circumstances so require. Likewise, participants expressly acknowledge and accept that FGC may modify, interrupt, deactivate and/or cancel the draw at any time.
