If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, you disagree with the decision made, or the response does not comply with the requirements of Article 12.5 of Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September, you may submit
a claim in order to:

– understand and challenge the reasons for the rejection.
– request the adoption of appropriate measures if you disagree with the decision made.
– explain the reasons why you consider that the response does not meet the required requirements.

A claim may also be submitted if 20 working days have elapsed without receiving any response.
