An hour-long, unique yoga experience that offers a gradual journey from sunset to the stars. The session begins at sunset, a magical moment when the light shifts and the landscape transforms, and continues into darkness and the night sky. All of this takes place in a stunning natural setting, practicing yoga under one of Catalonia’s most beautiful skies.
This activity is open to all levels, requires no prior experience, and is adaptable for people with disabilities.
The session will be led by Anna Paüls, founder of the IKIGAÏ Yoga and Meditation Center in Balaguer. She is a yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience in various styles. She also specializes in yoga and mindfulness for people with intellectual disabilities, autism, ADHD, and other mental health needs. Throughout her career, she has created diverse yoga programs that combine different themes, offering unique and enriching experiences for participants.
