Conditions of sale

1- Tickets must be purchased through the website: www.parcastronomic.cat/en/. The deadline to make the purchase is up to two hours before the visit. 2- Users must go to “BUY YOUR TICKET”. 3- Select the desired date on the calendar. 4- Choose the type of experience (General Daytime, General Night-time, etc.). 5- Indicate the number of people (children under 5 years old, children under 15, seniors, etc.). 6- Choose the time of the experience and the language. 7- Fill in the details of the person making the ticket purchase. 8- Payment gateway (the visitor must enter their first and last name, contact telephone number, email address, and finally the payment card details). 9- Once the purchase process is completed, the user will receive an email with a PDF document – QR Voucher. 10- On the day of the visit, the visitor must go to the Parc Astronòmic del Montsec reception desk, identify themselves with their first and last name, and show—on their mobile device or printed—the booking confirmation received by email. Notes: The Parc Astronòmic del Montsec offers two types of fares: general and reduced. The reduced fare is valid for: children under 15 years old, seniors, people with disabilities, large or single-parent families, groups of more than 20 people with a prior reservation, and the Youth rate holder (under 25 years old). These situations must be accredited with the corresponding card or similar documentation. Admission is free for children under 5 years old. Purchase Conditions 1- The purchase amount is non-refundable. 2- In the event of adverse weather conditions, the experience will be modified by carrying out activities that are not affected by the weather. 3- Please note that once the purchase has been completed, it will not be possible to change the type of experience, nor the date or time. Gift Voucher Purchase Conditions 1- The purchase must be made through the website: www.parcastronomic.cat/en/, in the “Give Astronomy as a Gift” section. This purchase process does not send the gift to the recipient. 2- To redeem the voucher, the redemption code shown on the gift voucher must be entered on the website www.parcastronomic.cat/en/. It will only be valid for the experience indicated on the voucher. A prior reservation is required at least 24 hours in advance and will be confirmed depending on availability. 3- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once the purchase has been made, no refunds or changes of experience are accepted. On the day of the visit, the reservation confirmation (QR voucher) must be presented.
