Conditions of sale

Purchasing a product through FGC’s online stores implies that the customer is aware of and expressly accepts every one of the General Terms and Conditions specified for each destination.

• 1. Product Purchase and Redemption Proces

No purchase shall be considered final, and therefore completed, until it has been paid in full (100%) and explicit payment confirmation has been received (which will include the total number of products purchased, as well as their total price). The document proving the purchase is the purchase confirmation receipt that the customer will receive. This must be kept as proof of purchase and, where applicable, to redeem the purchased services at the different collection points, which will be specified depending on the type of product acquired.

• 2. Services Included in the Prices

The price of the products includes only the services specifically detailed in the purchase. Therefore, anything not explicitly stated as included in the product description received in the purchase confirmation will not be included.

• 3. Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of product. These can be consulted for the corresponding tourist train or destination.

• 4. Responsibilities

FGC shall be responsible for any failure to fulfill its obligations in relation to the different services contracted through its online stores. When defects or breaches are attributable to the customer, the selling agency, or the establishment, FGC shall not be held responsible and will be exempt from such liability. FGC reserves the right to modify or suspend scheduled activities if necessary for safety reasons, according to FGC’s judgment, or if the activity cannot be carried out for any other reason. In such cases, the aforementioned liability of FGC shall not apply.

The company carrying out the sale is FERROCARRILS DE LA GENERALITAT DE CATALUNYA, with Tax ID (NIF) Q0801576J and registered office at C/ dels Vergós, 44, Barcelona. In the case of Vallter, the selling company is Vallter SA, with registered office at 17869 Setcases (Girona), C/ Pla de Morens S/N, and Tax ID (NIF) A17015165. In the case of Boí Taüll, the company is Activos de Montaña, SA, with registered office at 08017 Barcelona, C/ dels Vergós, 44, and Tax ID (NIF) A08141897.
